Very friendly staff. We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, and as the kitchen would already be closed, they took our orders and managed to let us have dinner anyway, which was great as the food was delicious!

Village Hotel Cardiff
The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival. They helped with check in and were knowledgeable! They had also gone the extra mile for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday; adding a not, balloons, and gift. Honestly it was such a lovely surprise!

Friendly, simple check -in. Easy parking in multistory just behind which can be added to the room. Great TV, good shower and comfy bed. Roomy flat with good equipment level in the kitchen. Frustrating check in as details requested FOUR times. Had to chase for access codes. Property great for requirements, 10 minute stroll to train station and 3 minute train to city centre
