"Fabulous hotel, perfect from check in to check out. Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️"

The caravans are comfortable and the hot tub adds that special touch after a day of walking around places in North Wales. The restaurant is a must to visit, the food and service are top quality. "Loved the balcony offering view over the surrounding countryside . Room immaculate and bed comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Found too many ares given over to dogs , I have owned dogs myself however most definitely do not approve of them one areas serving food ."

"I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended. Cheers! John."
