"The tv didn’t work in our room so we called to tell them and while we waited for someone to show up we realized the issue was the remote batteries so we called to let them know and the person instantly snapped that she sent someone and we said yeah we just wanted to update that it’s the batteries but she was very rude the pool was disappointing the battery after spray feature didn’t work the railing was broken the staff had to be asked to put the slide on they had a sign saying it was broken on the door but if you asked they would turn it on… the pool area needs some repairs on the floor and pool we wanted to stay here for the water feature for my baby thought she’s enjoy it so that was disappointing Andover all staff weren’t very nice wont stay again"

"The Pool is freezing. I asked the pool maintenance man if he can turn up the temperature and he said he will and it will be warm the next day, it wasn’t. I had my grandgirls with me and the pool temperature was disappointing."

"Checked into our bedroom suite for 2 nights, king bed and hide a bed had dirty linen. Hide a bed still had used sheet on and the bagged blankets in the closet were also not clean. King bed I felt itchy so I checked the linen, it wasnt clean lint and hair. Room had a smell that lingered. Do not recommend. "
