Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes.
Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs which, fits a single bed crammed into the space - no door either! We then had to set the cot up in the main rooms walk in closet!
Inconvenient and although a lovely area in Warners Bay and a decent apartment complex, we will not be staying again. "
