The President Hotel

The President Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The room I was allocated initially was a single, a little on the small side but was clean the bed was made, towels were a crisp white and arranged nicely on the bed. There was hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available. No complaints until I flushed the loo. The flush decided it was going to keep running. I reported this at reception and to my surprise the receptionist didnโ€™t say ok Iโ€™ll get someone to look at it. He accompanied accompanied me back to my room where he tried to fix it temporarily unfortunately he wasnโ€™t able to. Without another word he apologised and said that he would have to move me to a different room. I was expecting a similar room to the one I was in, I thought he had made a mistake when I entered the room he had moved me to it was huge with a king size bed, and a three seater sofa looking out of the large windows to sea. It was breath taking. There was a desk and chair bed side tables everything you would expect to find in a premium room. My only complaint was the lack of plug sockets! I have a cpap machine that I have to use when I sleep unfortunately the lead that I have with my machine is quite long it wasnโ€™t long enough so I had to go out and purchase an extension lead which I have now packaged in with my machine so I will always have it with me when this happens. Which Iโ€™m sure it will."
