"One of the best stays we have ever experienced and we are well travelled. The accommodation is excellent and Keith and Kate were outstanding hosts. Communication was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We went into Lytham which is lovely, did the Parkrun at Lytham Hall which was a gorgeous route and walked into St Annes which again is lovely. The accommodation is virtually on the seafront and another lovely walk."

"We stayed for one night in a twin room, there were floor to ceiling windows that gave a great view of the surrounding countryside. The room was very comfortable and spotless and the breakfast was wonderful. A thoughtful touch was being offered bottles of water and biscuits for our long journey home."

"Lovely location on a working farm. Friendly, approachable staff, nice room with a big comfortable bed. Room was clean apart from a few cobwebs. The breakfast was excellent with a nice range and dare I say it the local black pudding was tastier than what I'd usually get from Bury! Only niggles were, the shower door was a little small for larger people and no hot water from sink tap. "The welcome was very friendly. We were shown to the room up 2 flights of stairs. Good sized room with double bed ensuite. Bed was so comfortable. Ensuite shower was electric which worked fine but not as much water pressure I like but that's a personal thing. Ironing board with iron came in handy on the day of the wedding. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the Guinness!!"
