"The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory."

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs.
