Yemenli genç personel kardeş güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi ancak ev sahibi belli ki yeterli derecede ihtimam göstermiyor. Temizlik eh işte denebilir. Önceki konaklayanların yastık yüzü bile değişmemişti.Jakuzi temizlenmiş ve boş şampuan şişeleri ortalıktaydı.ilk işimiz bizim çamaşır suyu ile temizlik yapmak oldu.4 kişi kalacağımız halde yeterli havlu ve yatak örtüsü ,yorgan bırakılmamıştı. Yetkili kişi sürekli orda bulunmuyor. Telefon ile iletişim kuruluyor. Kahvaltı eklemiş bulundum. Oda beklenilen gibi değil. Park alanında sıkıntı yok....

"Hotel is a bit tired.The location is excellent bus stops outside the hotel there is also a tram station across the road A few minutes walk from the hotel there is a Tourist Information Office the staff are really knowledgeable and really friendly and helpful. Lots of shops near by many restaurants in walking distance parking is in a secure carpark at the side of the hotel.A plus for us was the hotel welcomed our dog. at no extra charge. If you like Museums visit the Gazi Museum it is very interesting and is free. Only a short walk from the hotel.and there is a Mall near it."
