"The whole property is tidy and clean but nothing luxurious. The spa and pool area were old but clean but when I asked for it to be opened within opening hours the reception lady didn’t tell me the spa needed $1 coins and the signage didn’t tell me $1 meant the spa worked for 5 mins and you needed to keep adding coins. A shame because the spa was really nice but I only had one coin. Take your coins if you want a spa😁"
"A magical spot, best amenities I've seen at a caravan park, staff really care about delivering a great service. Our cabin was brand new and more like a hotel room than a cabin!"
"There were no staff at the desk on arrival or departure. We never saw any staff. On arrival our arrival form containing personal info was left on the reception counter with our villa key. This info was visible to anyone passing the check in counter & we could sight the other bookings & details also. There was no key safe etc like we've experienced at other properties. The kitchen exhaust fan cover & the air conditioning vents were in desparate need of a clean. The tap in the hand basin had to be turned off to extreme because the washer needed replacing. The toilet cistern contually leaked into the bowl which was audible from the bedroom. The room wifi is very weak & dropping out."
"Nice grounds, Villa itself needs sole work
Pros:
- spacious and well equipped
- host provided breakfast items
- lovely grounds with a variety of plants
- we saw kangaroos and emus wondering the grounds
- mattress was firm to our liking
- shower head had good water pressure and temperature
Cons:
- internet wasn’t working
- dirty windows
- worn out furniture
- noticeable peeling paint on bathroom wall
- toilet runs all night. (I had to turn off the shut off valve)
- it was cold in the room overnight. The heating wasn’t efficient. The wood was provided so perhaps that’s the means of heating the villa.
Conclusion: Although this is advertised as a luxury villa, it doesn’t really meet such a standard
