Limelight Mammoth

"The Limelight hotel charged $35 for parking per day and an average of 26.06 for amenities and taxes per day. So they added $61 per night above the price stated when I registered for the room. We had to call the front desk every time we needed to use our car. The breakfast was very bad; the eggs were overcooked into a large rubbery block. They had only one set of communal salt and pepper shakers kept on the serving line so when guests took them the staff had retrieve them back to the serving line. The electronic coffee machine made very sweet coffee (bad for health). I tried to eat their pasties but one bite told me it was a bad idea to chew and swallow so I add to spit the mush back onto my plate."

"Great place. Lots of shopping/food. Heated pool and spa were a hit for the kiddos. Very clean and loved that one bedroom had a full size bed and bunk beds. Everything you need in the kitchen. Very clean! Laundry available!"

"Stayed at the Shilo Inn 3 different trips the last 5 weeks . There was major construction underway each time but hardly noticed. Staff is friendly and the continental breakfast is the bomb. Rooms clean, plenty of towels. Nice econo lodge clientele as well. ."

"Perfect location, easy access to the village and the free ski bus to get to the top of the mountain easy access in and out especially for the rooms where you can park your car right outside, great deal easy stuff awesome place for kids to run free and not a big deal if the walls get scuffed highly recommend this place, particularly in shoulder seasons when it’s not crowded"

"Breakfast was delicious! That was our favorite part about staying there. We did have a few issues with the room we had originally booked - including no working mini fridge/freezer, no working toaster oven, a heater/fireplace that went out in the middle of the night (with the lows in the mid 20s), and the wifi never reached our room. We did ask the next day to be moved rooms, and luckily they had one available for us, which was very nice. Would stay again because the breakfast potatoes are out of this world."

"Perfectly good hostel. Typical hostel shenanigans (some of the younger folks being very loud at 5:30 am shouting and chatting for 20 minutes on their way out. That's not the hostels fault). Only quirk folks should know is cooking wise it's microwave, toaster, and electric water kettle only. No other appliances provided or allowed. They have two large fridges and freezers. I was just doing microwave meals so I was solid. Room was comfortable. Internet worked just fine. Was nice and warm when cold outside. Staff was friendly and kindly when my initial credit card was declined (was a previously compromised one that was cancelled I forgot to delete from my payment profile)"

"Had a one bedroom Studio, kitchen really well equipped has got everything you need. No restaurant on site. Supermarkets close and restaurants. Under ground carpark is nice and easy access to rooms and lobby. 500 DVDs to choose from at reception and DVD players in room"
