"The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with the chaos of several 12-year-olds running around, which I definitely appreciated. They handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. That said, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom sink and dried contacts left on the nightstand, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our stay."

"Pillows were like a leaking air mattress. No support whatsoever, and I was using 3 of them. Bath tub had no slip prevention, nearly fell because of that. The sounds from the indoor pool drift straight up the elevator shaft. Room was very noisy. Wi-Fi is 2.4, very weak and slow. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Don’t book here, pool is under maintenance, room smelled like cigarettes nasty stuff in the walls, door sticky, crumbs in the bed. Altogether felt nasty. We didn’t stay we left and went next door the the Hampton. "

"Room was nice and clean, shower didn’t have hot water but the front desk was able to help and fix it for us which was MAJOR. Otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed. Although they say pet friendly they didn’t honor my service animal card due to it being the digital copy & made me pay for a pet fee. "
