"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. "Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "Door of the balcony on the ground floor after the cleaning was left unlocked. M Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back… "

"The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son. "

JR Hotels Bari Grande Albergo delle Nazioni

"I stayed here for a total of 7 nights in 2 different rooms and it was great. Firstly the rooms have opening windows which is brilliant for getting fresh air and can be rare in hotels of this size. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms clean and have most amenities however you can request items like shavers, toothbrush etc the lighting is also great and temperature ideal with air-con setting, especially for sleeping. Very comfortable beds. This hotel, in my opinion, is in the best location looking out at sea yet close enough to the old town and Bari centrale train station, 15 minute walk which I frequently used for day trips to other towns, Lecce, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare. The breakfast is fantastic and you can order omelettes or eggs how you like a week as coffee, they have decaf, almond, soy, lactose free milks. The pool area has a beautiful outlook over the sea and there are plenty of sunbeds, I never had a problem obtaining one. Finally staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast staff are very efficient. I would stay here again and would recommend"

"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
