"This is a quirky hotel, the main building is a 17th C palace with the accommodation in the neighbouring building. Good prices, good breakfast. The bar was very slow to take any drinks orders although it was the Portugal World Cup game. The worst aspect was the very noisy air conditioning unit for the whole building at ground level, behind a wall, but for all rooms above ground level it was noisy 24/7."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Porto. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with so much charm. We loved the complimentary welcome drink, it was such a thoughtful touch! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto."

"The room was spacious. Have to request the mini fridge to ge emptied of the hotel's merchandise, no tissue paper, hair dryer very old: it needs to press a button continuously to operate, they didn't recognize the 20% discount on food.: have to remind staff all the time at the restaurant. The breakfast is great and so is the location: across Porto Metro. Overall I HV ad a comfortable stay."
