Wir haben einen Ring unter dem Bett gefunden. Auf dem Nachttisch standen außerdem viele Flaschen verschiedener Marken. In der Bettwäsche waren auch Haare. Ansonsten war das Zimmer groß, es hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank, und die Toilette war sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Der Empfangsmitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat auch später noch einmal nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war.

Parkplätze direkt am Hotel Eingang, Frühstück am Sonnabend frisch und reichhaltig, am Sonntag gefühlt Resteessen vom Vortag, schwarzer Tee war "vergessen einzukaufen". Ausstattung der Idee nach gut, u.a. Regenwalddusche, aber: Schminkspiegel im Bad locker, wandbefestigter Abfalleimer ebenso, eine Steckdose im Zimmer fiel aus der Wand, Matratzen ca. 10cm kürzer als das Untergestell (aber durchaus bequem), Topper nochmals kleineres Maß als die Matratze. Großer Fernseher. Zimmer hofseitig sehr ruhig. Frühstücksraum einfach ohne Deko Elemente. Für Fahrräder nur provisorische Unterbringungsmöglichkeit. Kein Fahrstuhl, aber Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks. Klimasplitgerät im Zimmer. Fazit: das Finish der letzten Renovierung ist ausbaufähig....

Sauberes Zimmer, guter Komfort – Frühstück ausbauf

Bei der Ankunft war leider niemand an der Rezeption, man musste erst anrufen und etwas warten. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und bot einen super Komfort, jedoch war es zum Flur hin etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück könnte verbessert werden: Die Brötchen und einige andere Produkte wirkten wie aus dem Discounter, und sie schmeckten leider nicht wie vom Bäcker. Gekochte Eier wurden nicht warmgehalten, was etwas schade ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Kaffee aus einer Profikaffeemaschine – wirklich sehr gut! Insgesamt würde ich das Frühstück als „Standard“ bezeichnen – nichts Besonderes, aber ausreichend.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einer perfekten Lage für Trips in die Lüneburger Heide oder zum Besuch des Heideparks. Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer bietet alles, was man braucht. Lediglich die Matratzen unserer Betten hätten härter sein können, aber dies sind persönliche Referenzen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vor der Tür verfügbar.
