We had to stand in line to check in for over 30 minutes. While in line other guests came back complaining about the room they received already had guests in it. The fire alarms went off and stayed on for about 5 minutes. The staff was not concerned. We received a queen room because the king room we reserved was sold out. Walked to other side of hotel to the 3rd floor only to find the room they gave us was filled with building equipment. Walked back down to the desk to get another room. By this time our 3year old granddaughter was not happy. The room was clean and looked like they are trying to remodel. The rooms are Not sound proof. 3rd floor was extremely noisy. Pool floor needs to be changed, very slippery. We saw several individuals fall. The outside doors are tight and makes it difficult to open. The parking was convenient and the area is great. The staff was friendly but not efficient or trained well. The hallway floors are dirty and people had their dogs running free in the hallways.

The facility is tired and in need of a remodel. The elevator smelled so bad, we hesitated to use it. We booked our room through Expedia, then arrived at the hotel and were told it would b $50 more, because the room we booked was sold out. The same thing happened to another woman in line ahead of us.
