"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"The property was just disappointing. The bedrooms were the best part of the apartment. There was just a lack of care to the apartment. With an £80 cleaning fee, the apartment should be clean. There was a cupboard with dirty linen, one of the toilets just had broken lamps left in it and discarded items, under the sofa was grim, wifi is not available in one of the bedrooms, there is a little outside area which is just un kept. "This room was incredibly unique. It featured two queen-size beds stacked on top of each other, more akin to a boat stateroom than a hotel room. It was a bit of a shock to see everything so compact, but surprisingly, everything was comfortable, quiet, and dark. The area outside the property was also amazing, located right in the heart of Bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. "
