"I had a very disappointing experience booking through Hotels.com. I specifically booked a room with two double beds. However, when my friend and I arrived at the Ramada hotel, there was only one double bed in the room. We went to reception to resolve the issue, but were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The receptionist explained that Hotels.com had not provided the correct booking information for a room with two double beds. Instead of fixing the issue, we were told to move to another nearby hotel. Unfortunately, the alternative hotel had a lower standard, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and was not what we had paid for or expected. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I am extremely disappointed that Hotels.com failed to handle the booking correctly and did not ensure we received the room we paid for."

When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. "The property is very dated and unclean. We had hair in our beds and the heater was broken and on all night. The breakfast was very average and alao had hair in it. The transport from the hotel was efficient but very expensive for auch a short trip. "
