"When e checked in, the staff was very short and cold. I asked if they had a shuttle, he said no, we're a budget hotel.. we don't do that.. when I asked what time breakfast was served, he said"were a budget hotel we don't provide breakfast. When I checked out in the morning the staff was much more accommodating and told me the metro was right across the street and could take me to the airport for 4 euros. I noticed a long line to breakfast, which the night help told me they didn't have, but it was too late for me to participate in that considering the line and my flight time. Overall a negative experience considering the size of the room and the pillows that were not comfortable and I woke up with a headache"

"This hotel is conveniently located within Zürich airport. It’s just like less than five minutes. Walk to the terminal. It’s very clean quiet inside the room room is big bed is comfortable and staff is very helpful. They have a special pass inside the building that’s connected with the airport."

"The hotel is centrally located a walkable distance from hotel to zurich hb train station or to local sights like Old Town. Close to a tram stop if you want to go to Zurich lake front or the Lindt factory. We booked here two days at the front of our trip and our last day of on our way out of the country. The only thing that would be helpful for us would have been restaurant suggestion with English descriptions. Lovely staff, comfortable bed and quiet room"

"We were very dissatisfied with the hotel not having air conditioning. According to their amenities it said they have air conditioning, it’s really only a fan system and we had to keep the windows open because the air was so stagnate. If they advertise AC that’s what you expect. Never again"

"Lovely, knowledgeable staff at the front desk and a nice quiet location within walking distance of the tram. The bedroom was clean and tidy with modern facilities. The bed frame could have been a bit sturdier as it moved around slightly, but the movable tray attached to the bed was really useful. I actually booked the hotel after seeing it recommended on social media, and overall I had a good stay."
