No it was stale cereal, staff was also sitting in the chairs when i entered. That was NOT appropriate. They couldve at least moved or acted busy when they saw me. You may well order food because I wouldnt even feed that to my kids,very disappointing!

Staff was nice - room was clean- beds were fine- bathroom shower had a broken curtain ring and drain but nothing that ruined anything - just needed fixed

Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
Loved the style and the built of the hotel. The room was clean. I only ate one time at the Restaurant, what I ordered I did not like. Lump crab cakes, Not the "lump" crab that I know and love, but full of bread crumbs....

Embassy Suites Hotel Birmingham
Hotel is beautiful! Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and throughout our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast very much! Delicious omelettes made to order per our choosing.
