This hotel is a joke. I paid for a my reservation and upon arriving from out of state for the Mammoth March I had to wait in a long line at the front desk that never actually moved. Once 10 pm hit the front desk lady said that she was closing and not checking anyone else in and we’d have to cancel so after driving 3.5 hours, I had to scramble at 10pm to find somewhere else to stay. There were also people that were already checked in waiting because their room keys weren’t working, at least like 10 or more people. Don’t waste your time with this hotel, just book the Best Western right next door. Way friendlier staff and very helpful after such a stressful experience

You Get What You Pay For

First time staying at this type of hotel. It was the cheapest around, but I guess you get what you pay for. Had to wait for a long time just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The bed felt like a sofa sleeper or bunk bed with a noisy and weak metal spring base. Positives were that it was faily clean and good water pressure.

The big complaint would be the door to the hotel where you had to use your key card to get in. Took several tries each time but it was safe area and wonderful staff. Beds were not the best but comfortable

Worst Expedia booking ever! We got there and had paid for 2 rooms. They said they overbooked by around 40 rooms that day. The manager offered to refund us. We disagreed and they gave us a room, but not 2. We got to the room and it was filthy, smelly and no air conditioning! The desk manager said he would refund us so we went to the LaQuinta instead. No refunds on either rooms still and all around bad experience.

For the price, it was a decent place to stay. My only complaints would be 1. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and 2. The shower wasn't that great either (it had very low pressure so it took me longer to wash my hair) but for the price, it's not a bad place to stay. The place is clean, the staff is nice, the location is good.

Not Happy about the condition

Should change the sheets every morning. I do not know if it is a hotel or extended kind of place for people to stay for more than few days at a time. Still need to change out clean sheets and towels.
