When we arrived the ladies working the front desk were so nice and hospitable. The hotel was so nice and neat clean and smelled so nice. The room was clean the mattress was new and comfortable. The linens are so soft and smell sanitized. I was only disappointed that the indoor pool was too cold to go swimming and i was looking forward to that.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it is in a very good location with plenty of dining choices. The hotel restaurant is also a great place to eat. I highly recommend this for a place to stay in this area.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well maintained. The only issue was the pool area. The indoor pool was cold and and the water did not look appealing. I chose because of the pool, but was unfortunately unable to ise.

Nice Stay!

Check-in was easy and hassle free. Great Hilton hotel and location for an event at BJCC Birmingham, AL. I’ll definitely stay here again as the staff was very pleasant and cordial.

The location is great! Staff friendly, good elevators. I would like to see breakfast included like the Hampton Inn nearby that I stayed in previously. The breakfast is too expensive so I went to Waffle house and saved $5 for each person.

We needed the room because of a early flight out of Birmingham the next morning. Upon arrival and entering the bathroom a roach came out of the sink. There were long hairs on the wall in the shower. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable.

Clean, safe, convenient, good breakfast, and comfortable room. Staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. The decor of the rooms is getting a little long in the tooth. That said, I would stay there the next time I’m in the area.

We went to Alabama just for two days to see our son, a student in the University of Alabama, and to see the game Bama vs. Georgia. The hotel was coveniently located close enough to the airport (10 min) and had all the amenities we needed, that airport hotels may not have had. Staff were lovely, bed comfortable, room clean. If we ever in town again, we'd love to stay there once more.
