Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area.

This was a great hotel find. My husband was having a procedure done at a nearby hospital (1/2 mile) and had to be there at 6 a.m. We live 2 hours away so decided to get a room. We were very pleased. Any time we are in that area we would definitely stay there! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean, room was very comfy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property itself feels a bit older - lots of carpets - and a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable, however, and a good location for us. Not nearly enough electric plugs, but that's a pretty common problem with older properties.

Staff was fine. Room was clean. We came expecting to have dinner and unwind but the restaurant was closed and we had to go out to find a place to eat. There was only one elevator and it was at the far end of the building. The lavatory area had no closure, so turning on a light in the morning was a disturbance to my wife who was still asleep. There was not sufficient coffee provided in the room. There was enough for only 3 cups between the both of us. The signage on the entrance was not sufficient for arrivals at night, who has never been there. We entered into an empty parking lot on a lower level and had to turn around. All in all, I expected more from any hotel bearing the name Marriott, even if it was a Courtyard.

The property was clean. The hotel needed another elevator. It was challenging maneuvering the layout of hotel. Needs renovation to rooms. Having a balcony was nice. Nice neighborhood. Toilet would not flush. They needed extra staff for room cleaning and custodial work. One worker did not seem well physically, he was short of breath and sweating.

I absolutely love this hotel. My children live in the neighborhood behind it so it is very convenient. They also allow me to bring my kids swimming and to use anything on the property on my behalf even though they are not actual guests. I also liked this hotel for the easy access outside the glass door, now they have screwed the doors shut to where they only open around 4-6 inches. Honestly that’s one of the main reason I go there. If the doors are going to be screwed shut to where I can’t access my balcony I’m not sure if I will be back. Kinda of a deal breaker! Thank you
