This was hands down the best experience I have ever had. The hotel is spectacularly beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and amazing; and the staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very respectful. I will for sure stay again!

Valet service was outstanding. Very fast and friendly. Front desk was helpful. The free breakfast is mediocre, no bacon or fresh fruit except bananas and apples.

Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
The hotel is connected to the mall. The staff was very accommodating and great customer service. However, my room smelled like smoke. The staff put a humidifier and that helped some. Overall, my stay was pleasant.
