"Bkack mold in the room and shower. Bathroom light was automatic but took hours to turn back off and bathroom door didnt close from the outside so the light would keep you up. Musty smell in the room and no window"

"Room was booked for 27/28 March. Got a called on the 24th to say the room was unavailable and they were cancelling my room. All alternative hotel prices weee now up 50%. Had to cancel 1 days stay in birmingham and footed a train alteration fee. Will NEVER book at the cube again! "

"Everything was fine although when the fire alarm went off at 23:00 staff didn’t seem prepared. Thankfully it was a false alarm but it didn’t instil any confidence if it wasn’t. It was very disorganised and lacked coordination "
