"The day I arrived my husband and I were treated great and had excellent service. The following day when we are about to check out. The front desk followed me to my room and held the door of my room open with her hand. I had every right to privacy. Just so I could show her my ID. Once I showed it to her she then allowed the door to close. This was all Because we asked for a late checkout and our room key refused to work even during our paid stay."

The rooms are not equipped with the basics as- microwave. A request to help solve that was pushed around in name of managerial approval "
