"I don't usually stay at a Motel 6 maybe my expectations are too high. There was no coffee pot, no iron, no hangers, no comfortable chair (just a hard plastic one), there was a bar of soap, but no shampoo or conditioner. The towels were worn thin, the box springs were noisy. I realize the price was cheap. But money really wasn't an issue. I wanted to stay in a room in a town I was not familiar with and booked online because Motel 6 was a recognizable name."

"The room was filthy and the hallways and Elevators had trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Don’t even think about using the kitchen or the refrigerator. The property charged me an additional $12 cleaning fee and $50 deposit That was supposed To be returned but wasn’t"

"The room was clean and well furnished and beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was amazing but way to strong for my taste I couldn't even wash my face it felt like I was being sand blasted. The room would not cool it was 76 degrees and it had been set to 70. Maintenance came by but still didn't work."
