"We got in late, and left early so we didn’t use the amenities. Our room and the hotel were both clean, and the staff was friendly. The checkout didn’t go super smooth, but all in all it was a nice place. I’d stay again."

"This hotel is marketed as up class and swanky. We were put in a room that was pretty much a humid basement (with a dehumidifier to boot!) right next to the pool and an exit door. Other than hearing the neighboring rooms conversation thanks to the paper thin walls we were accosted by the constant opening and closing of the exit door at all hours. Especially in the early morning by the house keeper and the relentless foot traffic of a wedding. The vibe is cute but it’s an average at best hotel akin to a lower value la Quinta. "

"We stayed here on our way back home from a trip to New York. At first we were hesitant to spend a little more come here instead of a place along the expressway, but we experienced such a relaxing evening and night that it was well worth it and I’d do it again. The hotel is very pretty. It smells so fresh. The view along the river was tranquil. The rooms were so spacious. The walls seemed thick - I did not hear another person the whole time we were in our room. The pool area was lovely and I enjoyed a half hour swim. We ordered room service from the on site restaurant and it was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast there the next morning. There were a lot of other details we really liked. I’ll just mention one more for the sake of a review that’s too lengthy: the beds!!!! So comfortable and fresh. We both slept so well. I also appreciated the generous noon check-out. We didn’t feel rushed to get out in the morning which added to our relaxing experience at this hotel. Excellent experience!"

"Room (2 quuens) on 4th floor was updated but lobby and flooring near front desk and elevator are torn up. Almost fell down by tripping on torn up flooring. Breakfast the same stuff served at every CIS and most people will eat but I find it laks on how quality sugarfee Greek yogurt and fresh bananas. Most hotels have way too overrides bananas which have higher glycemic index and just taste mushy. Also cerial is not in single serve container like some CIS offer, where you can see what it is you will be eating. Coming from EU I will never understand how people in USA can eat white four buns with gravy. But these are minor complaints. Quiet room, and we slept well, beds are comfy. Location seems OK for safety."

"Pros: Staff was very helpful. Rooms were large. Cons: No weekend breakfast buffet even tho advertised. Housekeeping failed to make up beds although they cleaned the bathroom. Close to interstate very loud -ask for a room not facing the interstate. "
