"No refreshments in the room, no kettle, cups or glasses to even drink water, no ironing board and rooms nearby that suggested facilities to iron would not allow access with my key card. General decor and state of repair of 'house 2' I was put in was poor. Breakfast was edible but poor selection. ..."
