"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "

"Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away....

"Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim duschen stand man im Duschwasser weil der Abfluss nicht ordentlich ablief. Das Bett war mir persönlich zu unbequem…Aber für zwei Nächte ging es. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für den Preis hätte ich beim Frühstück aber auch zb. etwas Fisch und Rührei erwartet. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt „in Ordnung“"
