"Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"We thought the staff was very accommodating and kind, they also spoke English well. We even got the chance to meet the owner who was very nice and knowledgeable, however I would not stay here again. All of the furniture was falling apart literally, the cable did not work nor did we have hot water, the kitchen sink was hanging off the hinges and the bathroom was disgusting. There was bugs everywhere and no drinking water. We woke up one morning to no power, wifi, or running water for a few hours....

"This Hotel is worth having a look at 10/10.. seriously.. King Bed is super comfy. Good size room with balcony. Large TV. easy walk to the beach through Great Western Plus Hotel. They even provide a harder or softer pillow for your comfort.. So, they are very considered overall to your needs. The bathroom is more than adequate. Top value overall if you want close to all restaurants and great beach access. "

"The staff made this property shine, they worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We didn’t have a local number so they even helped us order food. "

"The resort and customer service was amazing. Bit disappointed with the beach, there’s a few broken glasses we saw that could lead to a potential accident. There’s only a few spots to swim since there’s lots of weeds. Saw few people eating and drinking closer to the water that is quite a bot harmful to the cleanliness of the beach as well. Quite a bit pricey as well ( f & b and room rates)"

"It is just perfect! The location is great, the stuff is amazing and the hotel itself is extremely cute! The stuff at the reception helps with everything, from organising tours, drivers, amazing massages to dinner reservations. We just loved staying here. When we go back to Panglao, we won’t stay anywhere else, for sure!"
