Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. "Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it.
