"Great stay! Clean room, comfy beds, looked recently updated, and nice breakfast included. One complaint was that the listing said their was a hot tub, but there was not."
"I’ve been travel for so many locations but this hotel was the best place I ever had so far staffing very politely and friendly and the free breakfast deserves my best appreciation. "

Wylder Tilghman Island
10/10 Excellent
"Wylder is a pet-friendly hotel with a beautiful location on the Chesapeake Bay. The sauna and cold plunge are wonderful, so relaxing. We managed to get a day and a half in lounging on the expansive green lawn, relaxing by the fire pit before the weather changed. The salt water pool is also a gem. It was so wonderful being able to swim and soak and then not emerge reeking of chlorine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the only downside: we had a king bungalow right by the deck and a wedding party took over both the pool and the deck for an entire day. Try to book around any wedding parties if you are looking for peace and quiet. Thirty people just lounging and drinking in the shared common areas kept me up until 2 am. And they were drunk so there is no reasoning with drunk people celebrating!"
"Lovely and spacious updated room. Very clean and comfortable. Could use curtains to block some of the light getting in through the slat blinds. Otherwise a great hotel with a perfect location. Would definitely recommend. "
"Debbie is a very engaging host - her home is beautiful…both inside and out. The riverfront location is beautiful and extremely relaxing. I highly recommend Marvel by the River for a peaceful escape from your everyday. "
