"This was a remarkable hotel--friendly staff, terrific, serene location. I enjoyed the area very much. The spa was well maintained and perfectly sized. It was a welcome relief after traveling the previous week. Its location along the promenade was terrific--perfect for running, walking, just enjoying the vibe of Getxo. Be sure to get out to the local places to eat/drink. I would highly recommend this hotel--especially for its staff."

"Check in was quick and easy, and arranging a shuttle for the airport when I checked in was simple as well. They took the initiative to call our room in the morning to make sure we were on our way. Having some more information online on the restaurant would be great though, so we could plan for food"

"A great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend. Quiet and relaxing area. Public transportation is about 50ft away and that’s convenient. Walkable areas and felt very safe. No AC in the rooms but huge windows to open to let in fresh air. The price is very reasonable as well. "
