"Hotel rooms are excellent- wd had a unit with high ceilings and great square footage +a balcony. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. Negatives: no hot tub as advertised- it’s permanently closed; breakfast was mediocre at best, though still nice to have as an option. There were so many stairs around the property! My daughter has low vision and it was really hard for her to navigate around. Another person in our party has mobility challenges and also found it hard. The elevator was broken. On the last night, our key pad stopped working and we had to wait an hour to get let into our room. We got scolded by a staff who didn’t want to help and made that known."

"The room was nice except that it was carpeted. We stayed with our dogs. We found it kind of weird to have carpet, just in case of pet accidents. Also, there was just a small sink and no place big enough to put all our bathroom items. Also, the shower and bathroom were very accessible to people with disabilities. No dresser available to place our clothes in. We could hear the guests and baby in the room next to us. We are wondering if we were in the wrong room? The beds were comfortable. liked the streaming off my phone."
