The property failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and hygiene in the following ways: Deceptive Representation: The actual scenery and location were significantly different from the photos provided on your website. Unsanitary Conditions: Upon entry, the floors and tables were covered in thick yellow dust, indicating a total lack of cleaning. Severe Hygiene Issues: The pillowcases were unwashed and emitted a foul, unbearable odor. It was impossible for us to remain in such an unsanitary environment."
