"The front desk worker violated every law related to service animals when myself and husband tried to check in. He was rude and accused me of lying about my service animals. The room was fine clean and maintained, dated. It served its purpose once we got past the checking process"

"Guy at the front desk was really rude and short. I told him I have a service animal and he asked for paperwork. Legally, that’s not something he can be asking for. All he has to ask is if the dog helps with a medical need."
