"Good, Absoultley Beautiful water front Resort with Post Card views, The resort is very well located on the Florida Keys just an hour from Key West and Key Largo and intertwined with the Hilton next door. The Bad, after we checked in, We had to be moved from our first room 344 due to the A/C not working. The Clerk on duty wanted us to wait for an engineer to fix it and have us sit and wait in a room well in 90s degf range for who knows how long. We are seniors, Really Dude, would you do this to your parents of grandparents. 2. Blue waters cafe barkeep. Bald guy, he was just a total jerk both evenings of our stay. I don't think he likes senior citizens JMO. He didn't seem to any issues with the young couples. For whatever reason he didn't want anything to do with us. I thought the Resort was in the Hospitality business. We pay the same as everyone else. 3 Fees, Fees, Fees,"
