"I stayed here due to a loss in the family and I needed to be close to the hospital. After I checked in after a long day of travel, I drove out of the parking area and another guest yelled insults at me. It made me nervous and uncomfortable to remain on the property. "

"Clean hotel, very disappointed the roof top bar was closed. I could have booked somewhere else for a lesser price but I choose this one primarily because it's right on the lake with a roof top bar. Nothing in the booking said it doesn't open until Wednesdays. No coffee available in the building, have to get dressed and go across the street to get coffee, very inconvenient!"
