"The staff helped us immensely when Hotels.com didn’t transfer our reservation to their site. We walked in and tried to check in, but there was nothing under our name. So, Khamir (front desk guy) immediately went to work calling Hotels.com to help. When 3 agents couldn’t help us, he doubled down & called Vic, the hotel manager. Vic worked with hotels.com to get the reservation info sent over and saved the day! "

"The daytime staff were so nice and polite,funny and outgoing so it was very nice made you feel like waking up to family every mo rning and the laundry services was complimentory and thatvwas just fantastic the washer were clean and did not stink and dryer look3d and worked great, the first ive enjoyed doi g laundry in years at a laundry facility, besides home....Loved it..
