"Room was clean but beds are NOT comfortable. Pillows are also very hard. AC was not on in the room when we got there and the room was extremely warm and took a long time to cool it down. Positives would be easy on and off 75 and it was clean. "

"Hotel gives appearance of nice until you go inside. Room was very clean and I stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned my room. I actually asked for the last night and still didn’t happen. My family came over to use pool and the lights in pool were off. I went to front desk 3 times as the pool got more and more people for the fear of safety. The hotel was sold out and they basically have no staff to support the customers. I would not stay here again."

"When the property is being remodeled, it should be stated as such. Very dusty everywhere. Breakfast was never filled up. Although new coffee makers were great. Felt like a low rate hotel - very cheap.
Definitely not like other holiday inns I’ve stayed at. "
