"Lets start with the Good: The hotel staff is nice, and efficient, the room we were in was clean and comfortable. A/C worked great especially since the temp got up to 100 degrees. The bathroom was clean and nice, the water was hot each time one of us took a shower. There was no smell to the rooms as I read in other reviews. Breakfast was great everyday. Now onto the inconvenient: A few outlets didnt work, so we had to rotate using one outlet to charge our phones and tablets. The chair they have in the room is way to low for guests especially if they have a hard time getting up, the chair should be higher. The elevator went down so we had to use the stairs and there is only one elevator for the whole building. The indoor pool is small and a lot of rust on the metal vents and you could see the wear and tear on the inside of the pool and the glasses inside the pool room made you not want to touch the doors, they were dirty and smudged. But those are just me being picky. All in all our stay was nice and if we are back in Union City TN in the future...we will be staying here."
