"Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us"

"The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. Absolutely outstanding stay. The host Sanja and her son Alex were so kind, polite, professional and sweet.
I was picked up by Sanja on my arrive, the apartment was spotless and beautiful. There was a tv in the front room and bedroom, the kitchen was immaculate.
Bathroom was spotless and bedroom was comfortable and spacious.
The distance to the port of Montenegro was a 15 mins walk and from Tivat airport it is a 10 min drive without traffic. From Tivat to Kotor it is a 20 to 30 mins drive depending on traffic.
I highly recommend this apartment and owners.
