"El lugar estaba muy limpio y los servicios que ofrecen es un plus el transporteal aeropuerto, traslados a lugates donde cenar, sillón de masajes, etc, que yo no lo sabía hasta que llegue. Lo malo que no me gusto es que te cobran un depósito de 150 dólares y al momento de reservar en la aplicación no te dice esto y me parece mal"

"This place was great for a family to stay for one or two nights. The breakfast was great and amenities were nice on the inside. The outside of the place is a bit dated and probably needs a facelift but inside is really nice and that’s where the magic is. It’s a nice place and staff is really friendly. They have much to offer. If you can deal with the outside, it makes the inside of this hotel much more worth your while."

"We usually stay at this hotel when in El Paso and have never had any issues until this most recent trip. This time we arrived around 11:30pm. Upon arriving we checked in, got our keys and headed to our room. After unloading the car we went to our assigned room to find the keys didn't work. Went up to the front desk and he said it was a mistake that he had forgotten the room had already been assigned. So then he need to physically check another room before being able to get us in there. He said its good to go so we take our stuff up the stairs to the room. After a short while we find that the bathroom does not flush. Seeing as we just got in from a long trip and it was midnight we called the front desk and had to be switched to another room. This time the receptionist was much nicer even apologizing and told me he would be comping enough points for a one night stay onto my IHG account. I more than appreciated that, considering the inconvenience after arriving to town. However, it has been a week since we checked out and the points were never added. Normally a great hotel but disappointed that on top of the mishaps, word wasn't kept on at least giving us those IHG points."

"Be careful when booking online….I accidentally booked a smoking room. The lady helped switch it for me despite it being a Saturday night. The room was descent and the pool was refreshing. The cherry on top was the breakfast we ate before we got on the road."

"Our experience at Red Roof Inn Plus+ was disappointing, mainly due to the front desk staff. Unfortunately, every staff member we encountered lacked friendliness and basic customer service. It was noticeable that they would not greet guests unless spoken to first, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. Being from El Paso myself, I found this especially disheartening, as it does not reflect the warmth and hospitality the city is known for. It felt like a poor representation of the community. The room itself was just okay, but there were maintenance concerns. The deadbolt on the door was broken and not fully functional, which raised safety concerns since it could not be properly secured. Overall, the experience fell short. With improvements in both staff engagement and room maintenance, this location could be much better—but as it stands, it felt more like a “Red Roof Inn Minus Minus” than a Plus."
