"The bed was very nice. When we arrived the staff were very friendly. The valet was helpful when we arrived. There was an outdoor pool on the 2nd floor, but I didn't have a swimsuit. The hotel is right across from the Bush convention center, which is the main reason we booked this particular hotel. On Saturdays before noon there is a farmers market two blocks north of the hotel. The room was an accessible room so the shower was wheelchair accessible, but a little messy. The toilet appeared to leak, but might have just been due to the inadequate drainage in the bathroom. The room did not have a microfridge or microwave oven, though we did not bother to ask and didn't pick the hotel based with that requirement. Breakfast was $15 for a buffet. The ice machine on our floor was broken, but was available on an adjacent floor. There are vending machines for water, though the tap was okay. One elevator was out of commission, we didn't ask why. The stairs leaving the lobby aren't well marked. There was an underground garage that had enough spaces while we visited, but could fill up. There appeared to be payed parking in a lot behind the hotel."

"We stayed as a last ditch effort while visiting for the BTS concert. The floors were dirty and nasty along with the bed sheets with multiple mystery stains. When we asked for different sheets, they also had a set of mystery stains. The bathrooms were unkempt and it had hair and stains in the shower with the weak water pressure. It lacked any basic amenities like tissues, hangers, etc.. There were what looked like multiple bullet holes in the curtains. There was no leniency for early check-in without a fee and we were only there about an hour early. We would not stay here again."

"I would recommend looking at other properties. Hotel itself was clean enough, staff were friendly however my room was dirty and filled with hair in the bed (sheets, pillows, etc) and hair in all my towels. My floor had dirt marks everywhere and bathroom had half roll of toilet paper - all signs that it wasn’t cleaned. The pool had garbage, towels and other garbage including leaves etc. cleanliness is bare minimum. I’m not picky nor did I have high expectations but this was gross and wouldn’t stay here again."

"Booked a room for two nights, needing a place to stay for a funeral. When we saw the room, we were surprised at how "small" the accommodation was. There was updating and construction going on while there. The room we were in had a very noise A/C, the shades of the window did not provide much cover for light from the outside, especially a strong light outside was directed towards the part of the building we were in. The toilet was very low, we had to lift the lid of the toilet water tank in order to get it to refill, several light bulbs were not working, there was one chair in the room, but one leg was unstable. Asked for another chair, and received an old very used chair. Some updates were found in the room, but overall the "workmanship" was not very professional. We did have a small dog with us, who was crated when we were out. Overall not a great stay. Some of the breakfast equipment did not appear very clean. Overall a very disappointing stay."
