"Although there was work/remodeling in the area, the manager was quite helpful and asked for my cell# to call me as soon as he could check me in, which he did. Located near the waterfront and a restaurant right on the premises, which had excellent food. Was a clean, spacious room. It is an easy walk (15-20 min) to the town area and stores. I would love to stay there again!"

"The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas."
