"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal. Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano"

"The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."
