"We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim."
