Excellent experience. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Lots of options for exploring the sands, all decently priced, and the staff are amenable to your interests. We did dune bashing, dune sliding (on snowboards), and a sunrise camel ride. The staff even organized a beautiful sunset picnic with tea and snacks on top of a dune as the sun set. Definitely a highlight of the trip and would wholeheartedly recommend.
