"Renovations caused several inconveniences including getting into the hotel and having to climb winding stairs with heavy luggage from parking garage. Elevator was out of order. I also was charged for breakfast even though I have Gold membership. I will say that speaking to Quincy was a delight. Heโ€™s professional, efficient and took care of our situation."
