"All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The social area was brilliant, enabling people to mix with other guests. This was part of the bar area also. The pool was a real bonus, as were the outside areas which included table tennis and boules. Breakfast was a magnificent affair, with a great selection of food and drinks. 5* recommendation"

"This place is pretty good. The staff and housekeepers are wonderful! One shortcoming is that there is no real desk in the room - one has to either use a small shelf by the light or a small, short table instead. Unfortunately, the breakfast area tables are locked away most of the time, so one can’t use those for writing, engraving graffiti, etc. The area is a somewhat desolate light industrial zone, but Lac Achard (and its mosquitoes!) is nearby. Only two buses serve the area, and they stop running before 8 pm. The breakfast is not bad, and there are restaurants and a cafe nearby. However, there is no grocery store in the area. Overall, this is a nice, affordable place! I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!"

"We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from."

"Pour aller à Strasbourg sans auto, il faut se rendre au stationnement incitatif appelé 'parking relais'. Le cout du stationnement est de 4,20 Euros, mais SURTOUT, permet de prendre le tramway et l'autobus toute la journée, et ce jusqu'à 7 personnes sur le même billet! Une vraie aubaine, et sans stress pour stationner au centre ville de Strasbourg.Le statinnement est situé à l'arrêt du tramway 'Baggersee' Tout simplement GÉNIAL. Il y a aussi un centre d'achat en face et des restaurants servent le petit déjeuner à bon prix."

"Breakfast was not spectacular considering the price. Not really too many varieties. No water in the room but there is a fountain on every floor. So we can still make coffee with the in room machine. Overall ok. The snack is very basic too."
